 Immunizations

We follow the American Academy of Family Medicine and American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations for all children to receive all Immunizations on the routine schedule.  We do NOT recommend that children miss any Immunizations or receive them on an alternative or spaced out schedule.    

Medication Refills

Medication refills must be requested 1 week in advance.  For your safety we require the patient to call their pharmacy to request a medication refill.

Cancellations

If you miss your appointment or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the time of your appointment, you will be charged $75.  For Monday appointments, they must be canceled on a Friday, since we are not open over the weekend.
